Welcome to Beta Scrubs. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Products

Beta Scrubs specializes in made-to-order medical scrubs. Each piece is individually prepared according to the specifications, size, color, style, and other options selected by the customer at the time of ordering.

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and fabric batches.

Orders

Placing an Order

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted when placing an order is accurate, including:

• Size and measurements
• Selected style and color
• Quantity
• Delivery address
• Contact information

Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Order Confirmation

After successfully placing an order, you will receive confirmation of your order. Beta Scrubs reserves the right to contact the customer if additional information or clarification is required before production.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is accepted through KNET.

Orders will be confirmed and processed once payment has been successfully completed.

Beta Scrubs reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully confirmed and paid.

Production & Delivery

As all Beta Scrubs products are made to order, the estimated preparation and delivery time is approximately 7–10 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to order volume, production requirements, courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Kuwait Delivery

Delivery fees vary depending on the customer’s location and will be communicated or calculated accordingly.

International Shipping

Beta Scrubs offers international shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable.

International delivery times may also be affected by customs procedures and local courier services.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because all Beta Scrubs pieces are made to order specifically for each customer, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Incorrect color or style selected by the customer
• Personal preference after receiving the order

Customers are therefore strongly encouraged to review all selections and sizing information carefully before confirming their order.

Complimentary Alteration Service

We want every Beta Scrubs piece to fit as well as possible.

If your scrub requires an alteration after receiving it, Beta Scrubs provides alteration services free of charge.

However, the customer is responsible for the courier pickup and redelivery fees associated with sending the item to us and receiving it back.

Alterations are subject to what is technically possible without compromising the design, quality, or construction of the garment.

Errors or Defects From Beta Scrubs

If you receive an item with an error caused by Beta Scrubs, such as an incorrect specification compared with the confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, Beta Scrubs will correct the item at no additional cost to the customer, including applicable pickup and redelivery charges.

We may request photographs or other information to assess the issue before arranging the correction.

Care of Products

Customers should follow the recommended washing and care instructions provided with the product.

Beta Scrubs is not responsible for damage resulting from improper washing, drying, ironing, use of unsuitable cleaning products, misuse, or failure to follow the provided care instructions.

Website Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, minor variations in fabric color, texture, or appearance may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Beta Scrubs website, including our name, logo, designs, photographs, graphics, text, and other materials, belongs to Beta Scrubs or is used with appropriate permission.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Beta Scrubs shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
